Meet the Team

Barry Gray

Barry brings years of leadership experience in HR and the insurance industry—but it’s his heart for people that truly sets him apart. After serving as VP of Human Resources and later COO at a marine insurance company, he and his wife Michelle planted roots in Richland to build Gray’s Insurance Group. Passionate about genuine relationships, Barry has become a familiar face in the community, supporting local businesses, serving at church, and making sure neighbors feel cared for.

At home, Barry and Michelle enjoy a full life with their blended family of five grown kids and a lively hobby farm. Weekends you can find him working on projects, trail riding, or fishing on the lake. Grounded in faith and gratitude, Barry leads with kindness, ensuring clients leave with more than coverage—they leave with confidence.

Stacy Cochran

Stacy is the glue that holds our office together, bringing warmth, dedication, and genuine care to every client relationship. Originally from Dowagiac, she spent eight years working for a Farm Bureau Insurance agent there before relocating to this area. With nearly two decades of experience at Farm Bureau Insurance, Stacy has developed a deep understanding of the industry and the needs of our clients. She has been married to her husband, De, for nine years, and together they share three adult children.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking day trips with her husband, and traveling to warmer destinations near the water. She is passionate about providing exceptional service and takes pride in making sure clients feel supported and cared for.
